Arena Polo Club is a section of ENSI Social APS, not an independent organisation: that is why it has no statute of its own. The statute of ENSI Social APS applies, filed in the Registro unico nazionale del Terzo settore (RUNTS), the Italian national register of Third Sector organisations (register number 138362), together with the three regulations below, approved by the Board of ENSI.
Texts proposed for approval. The regulations come into force by resolution of the Board of ENSI Social APS, which sets the date. The English, Spanish, French, German and Arabic versions are courtesy translations: the Italian text prevails.
Section Regulations
Nature, aims and activities of the club, relations with FISE (the Italian Equestrian Sports Federation), organisation, resources, accounts, brand and personal data.
Membership and Participation Rules
Members and categories, fees, sports registration, code of ethics, horse welfare charter, safety, personal data and images. With the application form.
Event Regulations
The rules on organisation and conduct at events. The rules of play are those of FISE and FIP, adopted by reference.
Rules of play
Arena Polo Club does not write rules of play: its activities are governed by the polo regulations of FISE – Federazione Italiana Sport Equestri (the Italian Equestrian Sports Federation) and the arena polo rules of the FIP – Federation of International Polo currently in force. The official texts are published by the two federations.
ENSI Social APS
The statute, the financial statements and information on the officers of ENSI Social APS are publicly available in the RUNTS. Further information is on the Transparency page of the ENSI website.
