Join a club that is just starting out
Joining Arena Polo Club means being among the first to build a new way of experiencing polo in Italy: closer, more open, more connected with towns, cities and the sea. You join as a member of ENSI Social APS and of its section devoted to arena polo.

Fees are to be defined. They are set every year by the Board of ENSI Social APS and will be published here. The playing member fee does not include registration (licence) with FISE – Federazione Italiana Sport Equestri (the Italian Equestrian Sports Federation), horses, instructors or tournament entries, which have their own costs, communicated in advance.
How to join
- Write to us. Use the form below and tell us which category interests you.
- Receive the membership application. Along with the application, we send you the documents to read: the ENSI statute, the club’s regulations and the privacy notice.
- Sign and send the application. If you are not already an ENSI member, you apply for admission to the association at the same time.
- The Board decides. Admission follows the ENSI statute.
- Pay the fee. You receive your section membership card, which can also be digital.
To play, you also need
- FISE registration (rider’s licence or permit) suited to the activity;
- the medical certificate for the sporting activity concerned;
- for minors, authorisation from whoever holds parental responsibility.
The club card is not a sports licence and does not replace FISE registration. For taster days, the arrangements permitted by FISE and by the host facility apply.

Frequently asked questions
Do I need to know how to play polo already?
No. Playing members can also be people who want to learn: the journey starts at the school. You do, however, need good riding skills to ride in the arena.
Can I join even if I don’t ride?
Yes, as a supporting member: you take part in club life, meetings and events.
What is the difference between the club and ENSI?
Arena Polo Club is a section of ENSI Social APS: by joining, you become a member of ENSI and take part in the section’s activities. The rules are in the documents.
Can I take part in an event without being a member?
Yes, when the event is open to the public or to outside entries. The conditions are given for each event.
